i hvnt been keeping track on this thread so excuse my slow reply...
to sleep better... do some exercise (stretch, sit ups, push ups and stuff nothing too hard), then go for a hot shower... then sit in bed and read a book / magazine for 15 mins.. before you try going to sleep...
this helps relax your body and brain....
i know if i was studying for a mad exam, or playing fiesta too much... i'll sleep with my mind thinking of the exam topic or pictuer myself playing Fiesta (0.o).... which can garantee u a bad night of sleep...
my mum also said banana help release stress.. so maybe u can have one before u go for a shower =)
u have to think of an alternative way to distract urself from hurting urself... close ur eyes and meditate for a lil bit... find a pen and draw circles on a piece of paper or something...
