Speaking of killing team mates - what is this buff I have seen on some ppl lately that says something like "Restores parties HP and SP upon death"?

Dead Tree Soul

Its a paladin skill in fiesta called "sacrifice". The paladin can cast it on himself, and if he dies while he has this skill activated the party members regain a certain percentage of their HP and SP. It may be purchased upon reaching lv 60. I hope that no one TKs me when i learn and use this...

So only a Paladin would have that buff on? I didn't pat attention to what class these ppl were, but I will notice now.
(Ummm. . . . Spirit & Patches, don't get any wild ideas - I'm thinkin I might not purchase that skill at all cuz I know what you two are thinking!)

I thought that was the cleric mock. They mass heal everyone in their party and insta aggro every mob on them.
