good god.... so many rules, necroing i am guessing now is when u post on a topic that in kinda old. so i go to mage section and topic if maybe four topics down i dont notice date on it and i post. and boom its close cuz i necroed i meen people still have a say in the topic. just cuz its mderatly old doesnt meen it should be closed, and once it is ocmmented on again then the newbies can read it Y_Y like myself....

Anyway, we don't allow necro-ing because bringing up a one month+ old thread for a single post/comment is kind of pointless (sometimes there may be some leeway depending on the situation). Generally, old topics like this are usually out-dated, or the issues don't apply anymore, so we disallow necroposting.

You can always create your own thread if it's needed. That will usually provide you more relevant replies anyway. It is part of your responsibility as a member of this community to check the date of the thread/last post before posting.

Edit: You can "necro" a thread if you want to "bump" it, but you must have a good reason to do so.
