Death Note; Light

First attempt at a signature for awhile. I followed it off of a tut and it didn't turn out as I hoped it too... Sooo, I'm going to make a couple more based off of another tut and my own grudge style I made. *Goes off to make 'em*

Btw, I use Gimp ~_~

One thing I can notice is that there isnt much contrast between Light and the background, you might wanna change that in the next one ^^

Also you might wanna get a font that might stand out more.

if that's your first ever attempt, it's not bad... but i would agree with zwiv, colors and fonts could use some work. keep at it!

Uhh if you dont mind Falzz, I already have a sig for ya...It's an old one I have in my archives and all I need is to change the name for it. I'll show it to you late today and see if you want it. ^^

I reckon it looks alright! It is just the text - seems a bit out of place and the font doesn't really match the sig, but everything else is good to me!

Word of advice: Use Fireworks CS3!

I'm only saying this because I don't like raster graphics programs.

I like the sig though. I think that you could choose a different typeface, however, and throw a couple of overlays on that Light dude (make him darker or something). Other than that, nice try!
