Well, tell me...can YOU tell the difference between a smart person and a dumb person just by looking at them, excluding clothing and/or jewlery?

I mean sure, I see someone with a yarmulke, a crucifix/cross, or a hijab and I know they're probably not firing on all thrusters, but without those? I wouldn't be able to tell.
