iPhone Calendar stuffed

I just realise that when I've put my friend's bday in contact for, let say, 7th September, the iPhone calendar is showing it as a day early on 6th August..

Did a quick google and 1 place said it's an OS4 problem!?

Is there anything i can do to fix it?

I know Apple is just as stuffed up as Microsoft..

I'm not syncing it with a calendar on the computer so that isnt for me.. but thanks for looking for me!

Would that solve this calendar problem?

There was an article somewhere that said Jailbreaking it is legal... xD
