That would be a wise thing to do for some of them. I dont know if I messed up but I also put the SP cost to reduce, and one on cooldown. I probably messed up, but now I can spam all my skills a really long time.
And since I bot about 200 Tier 2 SP pots I'm set to go on a massacre one of these days. I just need to watch my heal..

I did max power enhancements on both Aimed and Power Shots. Then I went to put 3 points each for SP cost reduction on all my DoT skills (ie. Fury Shot, Bone Shot, and ... the disease one which I forgot the name).
