i slept for 10 hours. fine, that's normal when i don't have to get up. but then after 5 - 6 hours i got really tired. i decided to take a nap. i figured i wouldn't be sleep for more than a couple hours. i slept for 12 freaking hours. 12! and i needed to study and now it's 5am well actually almost 6am WTF!!
There comes a point where sleeping takes more effort than it's worth. Law of diminishing returns and all that. Once your brain finishes the REM cycles it needs to, sleep is more or less a waste.
