skill scrolls

does any1 know where to get higher lvl skill scrolls, like mm5 and firebolt 4 and so...

also, where and at what lvl can u get wand mastery or higher lvl staff mastery?

and prod skills for scrolls, where to get besides from fame merchant in elderine...??

plz help me out here guys, im missing out here :S

Never played mages to a very high level but I assume you get them in Elderine (Enchanter Wishis). If not it's probably in Uruga.

Production skill recipes can be brought from Skill Master Ruby in Roumen.

I don't know what levels you need for the wand masteries though.

Elderine. Up until about level 51-ish. Then Uruga has the rest of the spells and what not.

20 and beyond. And you get them in Elderine. Enchanter Master Wishis will sell you all these things.

Skill Master Ruby or any of the Masters in Elderine. But the ones in Elderine are for much higher skill levels. Such as Tier 2 items.

And two quick pieces of advice. Do not buy Magic Burst. You get this from a quest given by Enchanter Master Wishis. Oh and don't buy your level 30 chest piece. You also get this from a quest. Guard Captain Shuitan (think I spelled that wrong) gives you the quest and its labeled "Sign of Crisis". Its tough and in order to kill the Skeleton Knight you're going to need a full party or a high leveled person helping you out.

alright that makes sence, and i found wishis indeed and got magic burst, didnt bother the costs.

thanks alot for the advice on the chest piece tho, hadnt bought that yet.

anyways, higher lvl mm and firebolt and lightning bolt and so, havent found those for sale anywhere. or am i just not looking in the right place then??

and if they are to be gotten somewhere, can some1 tell me what lvl is required for lvl 5 mm, and lvl 4 of the other spells??

Actually its up to about 58-59ish in Elderine, then Uruga is 60+

Im fairly new to the game but i do know that up from the boars and rat man guys theres a bigger town but you have to get past some pretty tough monsters to get there ._.
Unless you have a scroll to just teleport ? x]

After boars and ratman, you can go to.. um.. Burning Hill, after that Moonlight Tomb, then Collapsed Prison, then you can try moving onto Uruga.

Like I said, those spells can be bought in Elderine at Enchanter Master Wishis.

Roumen: Levels 1-20.
Elderine: Levels 21-59
Uruga: Levels 60-100

But, thats just what i'm guessing. I don't see any other place on the map that could be a possible location for stuff beyond level 60.

You can get them in elderine from grandmaster shone or somethin like that
