It's Avant Garde.

I don't think it's a free font though... it's part of a collection I have on my laptop. x__x

You can try http://www.josbuivenga.demon.nl/anivers.html His fonts are free and looks much nicer. xD But I learned that some fonts do not work... :s

I just went into my MS Word to look for some fonts..

Looks like those with a TT icon before the font name works.. and the other ones doesnt...
