YouTube copyright issues

Does anyone know if your account will get banned if you get caught with a number of "copyright" song issues?

Three of my videos got their audio removed because of copy right issues (despite the fact that I'm not using my video to make money, nor did I claim to make the song because I would have put in a credit of some sort =0=").

So annoying. I know it's nothing I can do since they have every right to remove it but... ugh. My videos aren't even famous or anything. How the hell do they find out =0="

If you do it enough times they will eventually ban you and they found out because someone flagged the video.

I saw a video on YT about resolving copyright issues and you can get your audio back if you believe that it was under fair use, but I cbb to read all that law crap ~_~

It was never cool to begin with Youtube became a home for people to flood the internet with their AMVs I suspect that's why Youtube started cracking down on their rules.
