In regards to the "Outage" this was not just "Vandalism" Someone was behind the lines with this, It was not just some kids with some idea of hacking stuff up, This was PLANNED. Anyone else agree?

From what I can tell and from what I read, it was someone who knew exactly what they were doing and exactly the problems it would cause and that it would be a complicated process to get the lines repaired.
Yeah, this was not some kids looking for some dangerous fun.

I was not wanting to really go there, lol. But, yeah, I had heard on the news that the deadline had passed, but negotiations were still taking place and workers were still working. AT&T did make a statement yesterday saying that they have a good relationship with their union workers and di dnot feel it was them.
I was leaning more towards a disgruntled employee that may have been forced out the door at the end of last year/beginning of this year when AT&T did a mass lay-off.
