[Outspark 04/09/09] Server down

The place that hosts are servers just went kaput. Not just us either, ALL of their clients. I'm on my way to the place to check it out. We're going to physically bring the server to our building if we have to.

The games are confirmed to be down, please keep all discussions here.

NEW UPDATE FROM SKiNG:

A fiber cable was cut in another city that routes to our collo. We don't have an ETA on when that will be fixed and to be honest, it could be a while. What we're doing now is completing our backup and relocating the files somewhere else so we can resume service temporarily.

I will keep everyone updated as information comes in.

Maybe a little late since everyone have left FF now, heh, but I'll post it here anyway for those who don't know.

Hello Outspark Members,

Thank you for your continued patience while we were working diligently on addressing the outage today. The Service provider for this region experienced a disruption in connectivity which caused our services to go down for approximately 8 hours.

Service appears to have returned to its normal state. Considering the issue is primarily out of our control, you may experience connection instability throughout the next 24 hours.
Due to the disruption of service, Outspark will be taking steps to compensate losses for Fiesta, Secret Of The Solstice and Wind Slayer. We will make an announcement soon.

Our forums will return once the service provider connection is stable.
