I guess they don't want me to play.

I can log in once.

Then when I log out, I try to log back in, and I'm getting "Data Initialize Error!" every time.

Solution?

Re-install.

Since this was my third time downloading/reinstalling, I guess I just get to wait until they decide to come out with a fix to this.

Whatev. =/

that happened to me...but it didn't give me the same error message....I just restart the client and it usually works, even though I have to try 3-10 times before it works sometimes

I have only received that message a few times, and if I simply reboot my computer it works fine. Maybe email the helpdesk?
