Well, for starters, it isn't one that glorifies that sort of "street" lifestyle. I suppose to be catchy, a song does have to have a certain amount of repetition, but songs like this just seem to drone on going nowhere, musically.

Actually, that's not like my favorite, favorite song... I just like the "*BANG, BANG, BANG, BANG* and *CLICK**KA-CHING* and take your money." Which is reapeated a lot... (repitition)
