I cant see my face in the game

Im lvl 21, recently i logged back into my fiesta acount & I cannot see my characters face, its completely gone, this is my mage character ( PIPER_HALLIWELL). what can i do about It? I have tried logging out & logging back in, but still no face appears, Please help?

Shut down the game completely, not merely logging-in and out.

Works for the great majority of graphical bugs.

That'll probably fix it. If not, then you'll just have to use the power of three.
