They had some hack in Maplestory where people could walk onto your vendor, and make a shop, and their shop would drop out of the sky and over lap yours. Maybe the same thing is going on with fiesta. Either that, or maybe they got that floating in elderine glitch and maybe if you have that, it doesn't say if there is another vendor near yours. Or they might do that kq glitch and as they fall from the sky they make a vendor, and their shop falls to the ground and hits somewhere random, I really don't know how to explain how it happens, these are just predictions.

I think I've seen that glitch a couple of times before xD It can make cool looking houses =D
