Imp License?
The Fiesta wiki said it exists. So i farmed lvl 3 imps for like 2 hours, and haven't found one. Anyone know if they really do exist?
I want it for my +9 Short Staff ^^

They do exist.

Not really... They do exist, but aren't implemented in this version. They were in BK for a short time, but have also been removed.
