The horses need to be fed (like fuel) to move...

when ur number goes to 0/1000 ur horse will move extra slow... (worse than walking)

You can buy Floatation Stones from item merchants to feed your horse... each one feeds 100 points....

Different horses consume the stones at different rates. The wooden horse consumes the stones a lot faster than hobby.
