the hair thing is a glitch that the GMs are trying to solve. I know I've seen Zombra with it and Kaalan with it too. I'm sure it'll be fixed.

No, it's something the GM's did deliberately to you for breaking the rules. They tried to buzzcut you, but because you as Envy were too rebellious, you ended up like that.

But seriously, it's just a glitch, don't worry about it.
