I can't really read the words clearly. What program are you using to make signatures? Cos I don't know what I can advise without knowing the limitations of the programs you are using, since sometimes it's not your fault that some programs doesn't have nice functions for you to use.

The text stands out way to much and is overly sharp. Change the color to harmonize more with the background. Do the converse with the background: sharpen it or whatever, just make it so that the resolution and clarity improve.
