Weakened Ogre License

I was just reading Wiki, and it said that Weakened Ogre's license only goes up to 60% dmg with 3% crit...

is that true?!?!?!

i've always thought that all mobs in CP/SEG can get the license up to 70% dmg 4% crit... (coz Harkans get up to 4% crit...)

Isnt Harkan considered lower level than Weakened Ogres??

Can someone please confirm if i can get Weakenered Ogre license to +4% Crit? (coz i'm now worried, that's the license i made my bf put on his axe =/)

It would be nice if outspark lvled
the monsters in game wouldnt it ?
but i think ogres are lower, they are easier
for me to kill lol ^_^

yeah i just remembered that weakened ogres appear in goblin camp...

but the weakened ogre quest comes after the harkan quest...

so i thought weakened ogre is higher lvl than harkans..

but but.... so anyone know if i can get it to 70% dmg? 4% crit?

u should be able to get 70% , im not 100% sure though

Weak Ogre only goes to 60%.
Licences are a bit hit and miss, and you don't really know until you try, there's level 70+ licences that don't go all the way to 80% either.
