Ok Please really need help T_T

Okay so I got my new comp just reinstalled fiesta and when I click login o nthe launcher my game opens (at white screen) then immediatly closes any1 had this problem becofre and can help me ?

ummm ok just did but nothign changed xD iam restart and try that hope sum1 post somethign else

Have you tried reinstalling it to see if any files were corrupted during the original download?
