So my boss came into the store with his acquaintance and they were talking about some, well the guy was trying to sell his business model or whatever.

Really loud guy, filled the whole room.

And just as he was about to leave he was like

"Boss' name, how do you find these beautiful girls to work for you?"

And then he continues, "I always try to convince these young girls to go for older guys you know? I'm old enough to be your dad... well, your sugar daddy."

... I feel violated. And before that he was saying he was like 69. Ugh.

I see it as a compliment and a joke .. should just go with it, after all it is is jokes right? then you can get that raise you want ;D and if he takes it farther then the joke do what hrae said? ^^

It's all on how you interpret it. I'd probably have been freaked out but ended up not doing anything because like Mikey said, they were probably just being old men thinking they were being smooth.

Then again, sexual harassment is up to the offended person. If it truly offended you and left you feeling violated you have the right to complain. This definitely isn't the give your female a firm slap on the behind to let her know she's done a good job society anymore :P

I find it extremely uncomfortable when colleagues make reference to their private lives at work, and it wasn't even directed at me. I.. just don't wanna know if they pash their GF...

I can imagine how much worse it feels when the comment is in direct reference to you...
