It's about our supposedly new National Broadband Network (NBN).
Apparently the Govt is proposing (or already implemented in some parts of the country) that the NBN is something that you will just get unless you opt out. If you have opted out, you'll potentially need to pay $300.00 to hook yourself up to the old copper network.
Is that that it's saying?
So people are complaining that they're getting a new fast network for free, and that they had to pay $300 to stay on the old technology?
