Those machines that ask you "Tell me, what would you like to enquire about today?" and "What is your name?" and "Which form do you want to order?"

OMGGGGG it just makes us human sound so dumb!!! It's so annoying!

I hate the ones where you have to tell them the options instead of pressing buttons.

Machine: What can I help you with? General inquiries, billing... or if you wish to speak to an operator please say operator.

Me: Operator

Machine: Did you say Billing?

I must say.. some machines are pretty smart.. "Please tell us the address to send the forms to" And they actually recognised the whole address..

People with heavy accent must have a problem with these machines..

but man why do I have to talk like a machine just coz the company I'm calling is too cheap to put real people on the other line!

This has nothing to do with the machine but I'll just put it here..

I think I'm going nuts..

I had to send out 2 lots of mass emails yesterday, and I had so much to do by the end of the day I was annoyed that I didn't get any of the mass emails sent out..

Then this morning I came back to work and saw that I wrote on my chart that I have already sent one of the mass email out already..

I was like Eh? I don't remember doing that? but sure enough I went back to check it was already sent xDDD

I'm going mad!!
