I'd imagine it's much like getting arrested for torrenting. Hardly happens but if it does, you're made an example of. Very, very low odds especially if you're not the kind of person who tries to get every latest rom/media title.

At the risk of getting grief from Triumph again, the big companies go after the people that distribute the illegal content. No one has been prosecuted for downloading any illegal media. They've been prosecuted for distributing it. The chance of an arrest happening is extremely low, because even if charges are filed, these things are civil matters. At least in the US.
