What are your thoughts and opinions on it?
I love the idea of it. If it ends up working and if certain games come out on it that I want then I definitely will buy it.

I'm really happy that ea games is partnering with them. If they decide to make all their games available on onlive, that means i'll be able to play the sims 3 *o* I would also love for Square Enix to partner up with them.

Watched 5 minutes of it so far. If all this guy says holds to be true, then one day he will be richer that Bill Gates. Although I don't really understand as to HOW you can play a hi-def (eg. Crysis on highest settings) game on a remote server while at the same time keeping a decent link between your console's video output and accepting your controller input. And keeping in mind that you will be not be the only one playing hi-def games on THAT server... That alone requires a TREMENDOUSLY powerful server, more powerful than modern supercomputers...

Just my 2 cents for now.

Well currently the beta testers have pretty much give good reviews about them on the forums. Well, that's assuming they did get an invite. Though they said that they're only performance testing right now. Also, they're only targeting the NA servers right now. There was a QA session and a guy from Australia asked if they would be getting any lag and the person said that they have tested it in australia and it was a half a second lag. I still think that's pretty good, unplayable but pretty good. And I'm sure if this is a hit they'll find a way to reduce lag or maybe put servers in other countries. Heres an image of the servers they have. Though, that was in April so they might have moved or added some new ones. Looks like I wont be having any lag when it comes out

Also, here's a review of it. Sounds pretty good. He was playing a multiplayer FPS and didn't see any lag. Also, with onlive macs will now be able to game. Good thing for them. And here's a list of their partners.
