Premiere Pro

flash encoder and professional flash.

AfterEffects is a video editing suite, if memory serves. Wiki might help you out.

dream weaver is for web page making
fire works is flash, or at least that's what i remember it being used for. it used ot be macromedia but adobe owns all that flash stuff now.
premiere pro is video editting
bridge, i'm not really sure. i had it once but i didn't really see what it was used for.

flash encoder and professional flash are probably just more updated versions of macromedia's stuff.

Fireworks is also another page building program. If you have Fireworks and try to double click on a .png it'll open up that.

Bridge is like an image organizer. Allows you to edit photographs a bit and opens up other Adobe programs to do it as well. Has more options for those who are or aspire to be professional photographers.

Fireworks is what Icy and I used to standardize hundreds of images for the wiki. Way better than MS Paint, and does not require much expertise to use.
