Battle Field is the special purposed field that helps level-up faster. Since monsters in Battle Field have lower strength and HP skills compared to other fields, users can hunt easier, and at the same time, it even provides higher experience. However, because competition among the characters is available in anytime, users must be careful in this Field.

1. Monsters have weaker strength and HP compared to other fields.
2. Provides higher experience compared to other fields.
3. PK (Player Kill) - competition among the characters - is available.
4. Character type monster exists while it doesn't exist in other fields.
5. Party is not available in the Battle Field, and user cannot enter into Battle Field after party is organized.
6. Can't recognize other character's name and chat.
7. Potion, Scroll, and Material Items are dropped, and Equipment item is also dropped.
8. Battle Field prohibits entrance according to level, and it exists in many places in the World.

The entrances are located in goblin camp(40-49) and Luminous Stone(50-59), (60-69)

Story of the battle field:

Due to rainy days, a long period of darkness has landed on ISYA continent.

Because of the power of darkness, cracks would appear in clean land which has been protected by hidden Bijou. The dimensional distortion was found around the crack area, and it spread to other places so quickly.

In the dimension something strange happened. Even though they are in friendly relationship, they started to recognize each other as enemies and fought each other with great vengeance and furious anger. Therefore, hednis clan decided to appoint the area as an exclusive area, and prohibited anyone from entering.

One day, a scientist who researched the first found mineral from the continent figured out that if the mineral was going to be attached to equipment and armor suit, additional power would be added along with the body ability. And he started to call the mineral a "Core."

Since the scientist's discovery was so incredible, a number of adventurers started to find the mineral in the continent. However, the core was not found in anywhere in the continent, and finally, some adventurers got to step on the prohibited area.

Adventurers who sneaked into the prohibited area could go back home after a length of time, but only one survived. He left 3 kinds of Core behind, and killed himself without saying a word.

Adventurers who were interested in Core rather than a person's death tried to go into the prohibited area to find it, however no one came back alive.

As the situation was getting worse, people began to be afraid of the prohibited area, and a rumor that a horrible monster is living in the area was going around.

Greedy secretary, "Emilton", to expand his power of the castle, had announced and committed his crusade into the area. Over hundreds of knights and Clerics were thrown into the area, but no one survived.

After ten days, a Cleric came back alive but he died soon leaving his last words.

He said…

"The Monster that is living there has the Core. But you can't help yourself to hate each other. Unless you stop looking at each other as enemies, no one can be trusted. It's just like hell."

There was no way for the secretary to recover his pride. People started to blame his wilder and wilder, and the secretary blamed his helpless shrine force.

"Even though many knights and clerics have died, I couldn't kill the monster in the prohibited area. I believe it's the time to ask for hednis adventurer's help."

Upon the secretary's appeal, hednis clan and adventurers carefully began their trip to eliminate the monster. Even though the secret of the area had been unveiled by the survivors' story, it's been after a number of lives were lost.

the first MMO ive played with - KnightOnline - had some similar place called Colony Zone
in that game there were two races, Orcs and Humans. CZ was the PVP zone of the game. partys were allowed and you could only fight the opposing race. if you/your party killed someone you got your share of the 50 National Points which a PK was worth. then there were top-lists based on these NPs, they were requied for guild level ups. was nice and great fun
oh, and the mobs there were also a little weaker but gave more xp, like described above

or if someone KS u, u can go straight for revenge instead of planning a mob train and all... LOL
