comp officially fails. it keeps on restarting and i even did system restore and set it back a whole month...

If your computer keeps randomly restarting it is possible your computer is overheating. Check the CPU temperatures in BIOS usually if your computer is over 70 degrees centigrade your computer will keep restarting due it overheating.

Check to see if the exhaust fans are clean too and are not clogged up from dust
