relay for life- american cancer society
i signed up for Relay for Life this saturday (i'll be walking and doing other stuff for like 10 hours >_>) but the main thing for this is donations for the american cancer society. you're able to donate online so i figured why not post the donation link on forums i visit in case there's someone who cares and can/wants to donate.
i think i'm supposed to post the link to my page for it where you cna click on the link to donate but it seems to be taking an extremely long time for that to load so here's the direct donation link:

ohhhh! I have done so many of the Relay's in the past. A group of us at the office did them and always made it like a big party, with themes and everything!
But alas, the last couple of years at work made it hard for us to participate so, boo.
Of course, now that I am retired I could participate again, but my sourse for donations was doing fund-raising in our office building so now I would just be a name on a roster with very few donations. so again, boo.
I will send you a donation and that will be my participation for this year (even though the relays are earmarked for localities - it is still a very good cause!)
Pink Ribbons for everyone and a Purple Relay ribbon for Des!!

Good luck. I usually do an annual walk for the MS Society and getting donations are a pain in the ass sometimes. But, on the bright side, I've met some really hot chicks hippie chicks at those things that think being active in a cause like that is really cool. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.

hmm that's weird. it sends me an email but instead of giving me the name that i guess you put in to show up (and is the one that shows up on the page) it gives your real name in the email o_O
-EDIT- did the direct donation link work for you guys or did you have to go through my page?
