Late to the party.
Rof's solution is the most direct and easy solution for this problem. I just wanted to add another solution and the reason I find for this problem to occur.
It sounds like your sharplauncher was uninstalled manually. Unfortunately the launcher and fiesta are treated as two separate programs, and the launcher can be uninstalled without uninstalling Fiesta. As a consequence, this will make the client useless.
Perhaps someone else with access to your computer was looking through the Add/Remove Programs interface and uninstalled the SharpLauncher, thinking it was insignificant or something threatening. Something like this wouldn't be unheard of, the SharpLauncher icon doesn't look trustworthy, and with the program's small size (~2.4 megs) it seems unnecessary to the uninformed.
I'll post a solution that doesn't involve full client re-installation, though no guarantee for it to work.
Find the file "SharpLauncherPatch[latest_patch_version].msp" in directory "C:\Documents and Settings\[your_PC_user_name]\Local Settings\Temp" and run it. It'll reinstall your sharplauncher if it's missing. The local settings folder is a hidden folder, so make sure you can view hidden folders. Anything in red is a dynamic variable.
