Where are the t2 stones?

I was wondering where in the production window is t2 stones? Do i have to have enough skill points to see it? And where can i buy the t2 recipes?

I believe u can find them from any Skill NPC in Elderine... just go to the alchemy skills tab.. and flick through the pages...

and yea, to see them in your production window you have to get to the next production tier (1000 points)
