Two questions.

When do you get skill points?

I've been looking here:

Here's something they said:

No they don't. When do you get skill points?

2nd Question. Where should I put my skill points on my fighter? I was thinking Bone Slicer and Fatal Slash should be full cooldown...so I could spam skills? Is that good?

^ FAIL lol better save 15 or 20 points for Deva, 5 for Power Hit damage if you're 2h and a few for the higher skills

You get skill points on the odd levels not counting level 1.

So 3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,31,etc

what Serendia said is more benefitual to you as you get to higher lvls than just spamming skillz. You kinda end up spamming them anyways and the more you spam the more money you have potential of losing and less time you have killing mobs since your idea would most likely cause you to revisit town very frequently to restone.

Plus as a fighter, Deva is gonna me one of your most usefull skills really so it's really useful to empower it with everything you can

Not to mention you have more than enough skills to spam without adding cooldown to Bone Slicer/Fatal Slash. On top of that... Fighters do not start off with a whole lot of SP so spamming skills more than it needs to be is extremely inefficient.

Previous two posts justify what I said. Unless you dun plan to level higher.

I mean count the other skills... There's still Immobilize with an 8 second cool down time. Power Hit/Slice and Dice CDT is 6 seconds I think.

At level 51 there's Vampiric Strike [the one that heals you for a few hundred HP] and it's CDT is 2 minutes. Why not empower that? Way way better idea is to empower on Accurate Strike or Precise attack which comes at level 60, though I lack knowledge of those two as I do not know which is better to empower, what weapon requirements it has, what it's stock CDT is, etc.

Also there's Whirlwind attack with a CDT of 2[?]3[?]4[?] minutes.

it's especially annoying to barely have enough sp stones to last one KQ until lvl 27 where the number of sp stones you cna hold mysteriously doubles.
