can someone explain to me a guild and why i might want to join one?
(Fiesta is my 1st MMORPG gave ever so....... i'm n00b and clueless)

A guild is a user-created 'organization' where the person who starts the guild (aka Guild Master) gathers a loyal band of friends under a common banner.

To me a guild is a group of friends that when you are in the game you help each other with completing quests and just killing for some experience points. Also, you chat in guild chat which keeps the chat from being filled with all the other regular chat.

Why you would want to be in one depends on whether you want friend to chat with or a group who share a common goal like grind till you cap or die, whichever comes first.

I believe there are just as many people who prefer to not be part of a guild as there are people who want to be in a guild.
