Why don't they do this
Do not IP ban EU IPs, just put Cash Shop restriction on the EU players, therefore they are play with their friends, etc. but they only lose the right to Cash Shop.

The EU company has rights to Europe, which means anyone in Europe who plays Fiesta, should only be able to access that version. By contract, Outspark has to block all of Europe. Buuuut, they're trying to make a deal so that the current players can stay. |
