YOu buy them at skill masters. Just click on the top right icon. Im not sure how to explain it exactly but there should be three pics in her window click on the far right one

You also need to enable scroll making in your skill menu - click the skill book on your lower right toolbar and you select the skill you want and register it. You can choose 2 skills if you want, but once chosen they are permanent.

well which item do i buy?
i have another question. do u only have 2 production skills thruout the whole game? because if u can only have 2 than thats horrible.

You can only pick two per character. What a lot of us do, is make an alt. character, and chose the other production skills for them. Even if you don't play them, you can use them for the production.

but whats the point if u just make the item for them instead of ur main character? and i still wana no what item i get from ruby to make scrolls.
