... so bad at listening.

So, here I am trying to level my Assassin in FW. I decide to join an instance where you can only enter 5 times a day. You can do a party matching thing and you're thrown into a random party which isn't too bad since the system seems to always make sure there's at least one tank and healer. Anyways, after the first boss most people rush through the mobs since killing each one is a waste of time.

After you rush you're supposed to drop into this crack and let the mobs lose aggro. If you drop off on the wrong side you get stuck... so that happened to one of our Priests and a Warrior (tank). We tell them to port home and come back. Meanwhile we're clearing some mobs to kill time since we had another healer. The Priest comes back, decides to jump off with a huge train of mobs... fails to run to safety and mob drops our party. An awesome Marksman kited the mob with honestly < 10% of her HP left while I picked one off one by one... and did those people come back? NO. They all freaking left when they're the ones that mob dropped us. After we finally finished killing the mobs we both were like... "sigh..."

Twice before I failed the instance due to people getting stuck or giving up or they sont speak English. My instance count was 3/5 with no success at the end of the day... fail. I'm all for global servers but god damn it had too many instances fail because they didn't understand a speck of English. ><

Or... allow pre-arranged parties to do instances...

You can if you walk all the way to where the NPC is. But almost everyone does the party matching which is faster... and you can do other stuff while waiting.
