I would wait until the iPod Touch comes out with the video camera (sometime next year).

If you're looking for a phone, Google's coming out with the Nexus One next year, which I'm really looking forward. I think the other good Android phones right now are the Droid, Cliq, and Behold II. I think I would like the Droid the most but it's not available T-Mobile. :/ I like the Behold II too but it doesn't have a QWERTY keypad and I would prefer a phone with a keypad.

I have an iPhone, and iTunes has been a biggest pain in the ass when it comes to synchronizing it. Plus it freezes every now and then...

If you're a heavy Internet user, then probably go for it. They should release a patch soon to fix the freezes.
