Fiesta Game Updates and Patch Notes v1.252


Greetings fellow Isyans,

Straega here again, delivering you this week's Outspark Insider, with the latest in-game updates and patch notes for the world of Fiesta.

First off, I'd like to address that even though the climate on the forums and in-game may get a bit heated at times due to random bugs, gameplay issues, or imbalances, we do not stop analyzing and weighing everyone's feedback on many aspects of the game and the way things are communicated. And, though many of us do not have all the extra time that we'd like so that we could reply back to everyone on the forums, we definitely spend time reading them daily and appreciate all the feedback that the community contributes, positive or otherwise.

With that being said, here are a few bug fixes so far that we've addressed in the latest patch, which will be updated during tonight's scheduled maintenance.

We have repaired a bug in the PvP Kingdom Quest that did not allow for the award drop.

For those of you who have received an "Error 4164", we have found that there was a minor glitch in specific items. Ice cream hats, DJ headphones, swimsuits, and other items that caused the issue will no longer give this error.

Items

These items are new items we'll be adding to the game:

The Guild Tendency Scroll is a one time use scroll will now give the Guild Master the ability to change the war status of the guild.

As the name would suggest, the Guild Name Scroll will give the Guild Master the ability to change the guild name.

As a great deal of you may have noticed, we found that the random stats given from the Iyzel set items were a bit too high. We've decreased the stats and defense rate for those items accordingly:

Armor (Defense Rate) - decrease 50%
Pants (Defense Rate) - decrease 30%
Shoes (Defense Rate) - decrease 20%




Random Stats (Maximum) - decrease 50%




Miscellaneous

Holy Promise, which provides awards from apprenticeships, will now be distributed through Storage Keeper Kyle in Elderine.

Helga's skills have been slightly adjusted for balancing purposes.

There are still some known issues that are currently still in the process of getting fixed and hopefully we'll be able to fix most of them in next week's patch. Just to keep you all in the know, they are as follows:

- Storage Keeper Kyle - After closing the rewards menu, Storage Keeper Kyle becomes inactive when attempting to talk to him again. (Interacting with another NPC or re-entering the map corrects the issue)
- KQ category filters are not functioning properly
- Elbama Collection quest is still broken
- Shutian, the NPC in Elderine who now only says: 'If you wish to be stronger!' should be fixed soon.
