They did it at the mall I was at today!
It was so awesome. I didn't see it coming. I went to the food court to get some food and once I sat down, I noticed half the people in the food court froze. I was all like "omgomgomg *gets camera phone out*". Except after 2 minutes of freezing, everyone who froze gave a present to a random person, and I got one
