Well when you get that level, 13g isn't really anything Oo.
And if you wait for greens to come out, it can drop with stats on it... making it free with stats =D

Anyway just have to be willing to trade RL-money for in-game money via Cash Shop if you want to rake in money 'easily.'
Also cornering a corner of a market, but there's little possibility of actually doing that...
Then there's Production skills and getting really lucky with rare drops.

And you get money by... playing the game? I dunno... I never wasted money on enhanced stuffs... not until lvl 60 at least~ Which I added another lic, and worked it up a little, and sold the hammer for more than I bought it.
Just work and don't ask for plvls//free money.
=)
Or you can be lucky like Rokky... and get a blue shield in the abyss and sell it to Elfenlied for a godly amount of money Dx
/jealous.
