What is the quest that gives you the Stat Reset Scroll?

And what is it called and what are the quests you have to do before the Stat Reset Scroll quest?

I think its available when you get to lvl 30. But don't quote me on that. Its a new quest that came out after I had passed 30. I think the guard captain Shutain or whatever his name is in Elderine gives it to you.

secbro is right.

Guard Captain Shutian gives you the quest at lv. 27... saying something like, "I'll reward you once you are a true master of your class" or something lame like that. Just reach lv. 30 and your reward is 10 stat reset scrolls.

Helps A LOT of you slipped up on your build in earlier lvls.

yep, lv30. But make sure you get quest from Shutain first, once you reach Lv30, go back to him, get the stat reset scroll. Now you can reset your screwed up stats if you have any

A_For, you can accept the quest up until lv. 33 I believe.

Quest info: Elderine Guard Captain Shutian is asking me to reach Lv. 30.

Dialogue:

Shutian: Oh, are you on a quest?

Player: Oh, Captain Shutian! How have you been? I've been doing great.

Shutian: Hmm, that's good to hear. There are some weaklings who whine about adventures being too tough. However, you are different breed. I'll give you some advice though. To become a perfect adventurer, one must be relentless. Also, you should have good judgment, and be ready. For example, you need to study what skills and stats that are available to you, and follow the one that suits you. Do you understand what I mean?

Player: Yes sir! To be ready for anything right?

Shutian: Ha Ha Ha! You are right! That's the spirit! Okay then, when you reach Lv. 30, come back and see me. Can you do that?

[After attaining level 30]

Player: Captain! I've reached Lv. 30!

Shutian: Oh, amazing. You are good... I've never seen anyone get there that fast! I'm very proud of you. Here, take this. I've been preparing this as a your Lv. 30 gift.
