Do I find/farm them from ANY herb?
If so, where's a good place with lots of herbs?

Get them from any 'Plant' hex, herbs, flowers, wood etc. I think, except mushrooms.
There is no really good place for them because everyone's already harvesting them, the better the spot the more people.

Well to put it simply best two places i know are all around Lumi Stone entrance in FoM here are loads of herbs or flowers just outside of roumen... Both are continuesly mined unfortunately.... But also just so you know you can only farm them till the 22nd which means you only have untill tonight =[

Oh yea forgot to add flowers have a higher drop rate than herbs aha >< happy farming :P

There is no good place for flowers except for that flower patch in Roumen which is just past the slimes. The other maps have spawns far apart from each other.
