Mara Kq Rant (Very Little Swearing)

Ok i playing my 2nd character a cleric and participated in this mara kq. When we are fighting the fake mara and fake marlone at the middle of the kq that time. A cleric say she wanted to tank then she just attack a fake marlone with everyone unprepared. Then the fighters dash in and fight, when marlone AoE, die die die die. Then they beg for rez. We manage to slay both of the fakes. When we reached the boss, i called a fighting to lure all the left side monster to the right side. But nobody F**king listen and just charge down!!! A bloody stupid cleric run to the right side all by himself and die there. After we killed all the monsters on the ship, alot people lost 1-2 heart(s). We fought the Real Marlone first, at that time, archer pulled with asking and none of the fighter willing to snearing kick it and tank (or maybe none of them have snearing kick -.-) a cleric act like a hero and run to the marlone attack attack attack then die... Another cleric went in and try to tank. (there alot of cleric in this mara kq) I healed that cleric and she survived. Next is the Mara part, a Cleric say "bring the next one" while everyone still resting. Brainless archer went to pull one -.- and it a Fake Mara. The cleric who asked for the next one tries to tank, nobody healed him and he die again. Then the Fake Mara AoE, killed alot people, i died twice cuz of that. I call em to pull it to the right side, nobody listens

and but we killed it with alot fighters dying million times.. The second time, we got the Real Mara (finally) The archer died after luring it down with nobody steal agro it. I am smart enough to run up to the stair (the one that lead us in to the ship) then i heal a cleric who is tanking. (those fighters are f**king useless, and the female cleric who is tanking all alone is very cool, she put up alot scrolls and she use shiny weapons and sheild) But fighters around the Mara got killed alot times cuz of the AoE and sometimes archers/mages die cuz the clanker cant control the agro well. But at last we manage to complete the kq with dead fighters and clerics lying around. Lol, i cant rez em cuz i dun have rez and the clerics didnt bother to rez em. (for i dun know wat reason(s))

And yeah, first time I heard this situation though I've experienced other similar ones... Difference making is, it happens to us then we fail. You must've been lucky to have had that cool cleric

I haven't lost a Mara KQ yet and do dozens. Reason is I can tank the bosses solo so I don't have to count on anyone to mess up, and trust me they do! It's one of the harder ones not to mess up on.

AH Mara, my favorite KQ yet the most phailures....many things can go wrong with it too. Someone could pull the wrong boss, someone can lure the boss when no one is ready....everyone dies.....big fail, or you can just have down right dipsh**ts

Mara Kq got messed up too much! I also notice only the Mara Kq A and B is filled, even when filling up, require alot of time. When Mara Kq C onwards nobody willing to join. Sometime even need to wait until Mara Kq A and B finished. But Gold Hill Kq A, B and C are always filled.

Oh, Gawd, you don't know just how many times this has happened to me. I sympathize for you having to deal with the stupid ones, but all I seem to get most of the time, especially while playing with my friend, are the total dumbarses. I feel your pain.

Mara does seem to fill up fast for A, B, and C, huh? I can never get into them or Gold Hill. I've never even done Gold Hill before.

Bah, Gold Hill is the one that goes from On Schedule to Preparing then straight to In Progress. Not worth it anyway unless you're desperate or below level 27. Mara is fun, and deadly.

Lol so sad, the worst thing is a lot of mages tank better than fighters at higher levels.

Yeah that kinda s**t happens quite a lot...If you're lucky, you get some good and understanding people who are of full team spirit and all that, but if not, you get all these people claiming they're right, pulling the stupidest arguments every second, and insisting that they will tank for maras/marlones even though they have no DEF points etc or a lvl20 cleric - wtf?!??!
I totally understand what you went through there, and it really really makes one feel like it's a real big waste of time and so frustrated...
I hope you get into a good group next time. xx
