Total noob question about selling stuff

I dont get how to sell stuff to other players.

Like, I mean, if they have a shop open saying they will buy SBL for 5c right?
I click on their mushroom thing and it opens up a window saying to right click on items from my bags to sell the items right? So, I hover my cursor over the item I want to sell to the guy, and it says like SBL, 3c, the amount a vendors give me. So, I right click the item and it only gives me 3c, instead of the 5c the guy was offering!

Im just wondering what I'm doing wrong, if theres something else your supposed to do when selling stuff to people.

That's odd. You did what you were supposed to do... open up the blue named shop. Right-click the item you want to sell from your inventory.

Try again, maybe with another shop and if it's still like that. Take a before and after screenshot showing you only gaining the 3c isntead of what was offered and send it into a GM or CSR.

That guy might have been scamming. Hover your pointer over the SBL in his shop window and see what price he's really offering

u got to watch wut u do some ppl scamm like crazy like today
i was on and like sold my +2 40 cleric shield for 20s and guy
changed on me to 5s and i didnt no and i freeked and loged off lol
