No, it's the NPC near Guard Captain Shutian. If you're a cleric, it would be Paladin Keast. You get your skills from that NPC, and remember you can click the arrows on the bottom right of box for more skills.

It's surprising how many people don't figure that one out isn't it? I don't know how many people have asked about where to find the rest of the production skills from Ruby when all ya gotta do is click the next button. Twice I've actually had random people pm me and ask me that.

Yeah, even though I know it myself, I actually forgot about it when I was on my cleric and I wondered where I could buy the Invincible skill, lol! >_>" It's not a very obvious arrow I guess, not for blind people like me. @.@"

2nd job skills/equips are so expensive. They jump from 250c at lvl 17 to 4s 100c at 20 -.-. I went broke buy just two skills ( Hammer mastery and Cure) i couldn't afford invincible -,- I think there should be more a gradual increases than the giant one at 20

Agreed. I can't afford any skills, not even upgraded Heal. Not even a new shield.

And I just lost my hammer going from +1-+2...so I don't have a weapon >.<
