Geez, I knew I wasn't crazy. >_> So if you have one sitting around, try not to use it until they tell you it's 100% resolved.
I bought a 30-day one and half way through the bug popped up. My Archer without the item was getting more drops than my Fighter who had one on. I wonder what will happen to the wasted half of the item. D: |

Yup, they should replace it. Like the occurance sometime around winter when they kept having down times so they promised compensation. They gave everyone who had cash set running a new 30 day set.
