Some people just don't give up
So I was wandering around Elderine after failing a Spider KQ. I saw that there was a shop selling the Vitality recipe so I went to have a look. I couldn't believe that some people were still at it... even after they changed the icon. o__.

This is very common in Apoline. I've seen this first hand too..
An old guildie of mine did this with the magical defense scrolls by advertising them as shield scrolls.

The T2 Vitality you see is a skill for the fighters.
THe T2 Vit Recipe for scroll making looks different, but people try and bank off other people not knowing.
It's an obvious scam.
The T2 Vitality for fighters is really only a few silvers, but the T2 Vit recipe is worth that 550s... So you can buy it cheap, and scam for more.

So are these scrolls (the good ones for scroll making) that I also have been seeing, a dropped item? What makes the value so high to begin with. I mean jeez, I've seen some for like 1.5g.
